Testimony

By God’s grace, I carry a testimony. When I first came to the United States, I was told I would develop full-blown Multiple myeloma cancer by age 40 and would not live to see 50. Today, at 57 years old, I stand here alive and deeply grateful. Thanks be to God. 

 1. Exodus 4:10–12
Moses expresses his concern to God: “I am slow of speech and of a slow tongue” (Exodus 4:10). This is often interpreted as a speech impediment, and God reassures him that He will help him speak. The verse emphasizes God’s sovereignty over human abilities and the possibility of divine empowerment.
